Classified Supervisory Course | 11/13/2023 - 11/17/2023
Must be currently employed by a law enforcement / public safety agency and working as a classified supervisor or manager, or those who act in a lead capacity. This five-day course is designed for classified supervisors and managers within a law enforcement setting. The program offers advanced leadership skills by covering the following subject areas: leadership principles, situational leadership, civil liability, personnel investigations, performance improvement programs, employee evaluations, Leading with emotional intelligence, employee assistance and wellness. The leadership portion includes two days of Crucial Accountability and the Myers-Briggs personal assessment. This course presentation is aimed towards individuals working as a manager or supervisor within the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
