Crucial Conversations at JBDC | 01/17/2024 to 01/18/2024

Must be currently employed by Riverside Sheriff's Office. This course is open to all employees including Classified, Sworn, and Non-Sworn.

This course is designed to provide participants with the skills for better communication, by focusing on techniques in the following areas:

• Speaking persuasively, not abrasively
• Fostering teamwork and better decision-making
• Building acceptance rather than resistance
• Resolving individual and group disagreements

Day 1 - Times: 0900-1600
Day 2 - Times: 0930-1630
