Death Investigation | 10/10/2023 - 10/12/2023
Must currently be employed by a law enforcement or public safety agency as a sworn peace officer. This course is intended to expand the first responder’s knowledge base of death scene investigation, enabling them to determine whether a case is suspicious or warrants further investigation. The deputy / officer will be exposed to case studies that illustrate a variety of cases and will engage in walk-through scenarios that will allow them to act on the information provided. The deputy / officer will have an opportunity to view a live autopsy.
