Firearms/Tactical Rifle-ADVANCED (AR-15/M16/, Etc.) 7/5/2022 - 7/7/2022
This course is designed for sworn law enforcement personnel authorized to carry and utilize carbine rifles while in the performance of their duties. This is not a basic rifle course. Students must possess a basic proficiency with their weapon prior to attending this course.
Topics and practical exercises covered in this course include cover and concealment shooting, moving target drills, transition drills, reloading drills, varied shooting positions, shooting on-the-move, weapons equipment and practical accessories, and a legal and civil overview of lethal force use.
