** RSD ONLY ** Field Tactics Application Course for Field Training Officers (F.T.A.C.)

Must be currently employed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department and successfully completed the POST Field Training Officer Course.  This course is intended to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of Riverside County Sheriff's Department Field Training Officers to instruct and mentor trainees on officer safety and patrol tactics in accordance with law, policy, procedure, and best practices. The course will consist of lectures, teach-backs, and hands-on training.

• All attendees shall arrive in duty uniform or training uniform with patrol ready equipment
• Duty Sam Browne
• Load Bearing Vest (LBV) - If applicable

PLEASE NOTE:
NO FIREARMS, MAGAZINES, PEPPER SPRAY, KNIVES, TASERS OR CHEMICAL WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM.
