Single Action Only Pistol | 12/04/2023 - 12/05/2023

Must be currently employed by a law enforcement or public safety agency. An sixteen-hour course designed to allow students to transition from a Double Action, Double Action / Single Action or Striker fired pistol to a Single Action Only pistol. Students will receive a lecture on maintenance and nomenclature, design history and manipulations, Students will practice (live fire) safety manipulation, malfunction clearance, presentation, and single hand manipulations. This course will satisfy the requirement for a department member to carry a Single Action Only pistol on and off duty.

• Duty Sam Browne
• Ballistic Vest or Tactical Vest i.e., plate carrier
• Eye Protection
• Ear Protection

• Hat with brim or bill
• Sun Block
• Snacks
• Water
