Must be currently employed by Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. 

This course will provide attendees with effective methods of maintaining a professional and productive workplace through effective communication, healthy boundaries, the ability to resolve conflict constructively, identify cultural differences, and understand the Department's Policy on Equality.

Every department employee is eligible to take this course for free.
