Crucial Accountability | 10/02/2024 - 10/03/2024

Must be currently employed by the Riverside County Sheriff's Office. The two-day Crucial Accountability class offers tools and practice on how to hold conversations with the goal of resolving performance, behavior, and expectation gaps to obtain better results. This class offers a step-by-step process to hold anyone accountable by: identifying and resolving performance gaps using an influence model to identify whether it is a motivation or an ability issue and removing any barriers. The class also covers how to motivate others without just relying on power and using more natural consequences that have more buy-in.
