Inmate Classification Training | 05/08/2023 - 05/10/2023
Must be currently employed by a law enforcement or public safety agency and either currently or soon to be responsible for classifying and housing inmates within a jail facility. Must have a classification Sergeant’s Approval. This course will focus on current inmate issues; new case law, new case law, Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA), mental health advancements, subpoenas, liability concerns, etc.
This 3-day, 24-hour course will be offered twice a year.
