Must currently be employed by a law enforcement or public safety agency or have completed a Basic Correctional Deputy Academy (ADJ-CID). This course is designed to provide non-probationary employees training in the following areas: negligent supervision and corrections case law, grammar and written review, forms and supervisory documentation, sexual harassment, use of force options, adult learning concepts, leadership and ethics, mock oral interview preparation and mock oral board examinations, mock oral interview debrief.
