Mobile Field Force - Corrections Division | 10/16/2023
Must currently be employed by a law enforcement or public safety agency. Must be a correctional deputy who has completed the 830.1(c) curriculum. This course is designed to train students in the area of crowd control and MFF tactics. Topics of discussion include a review of current tactical incidents, use of force, and squad formations. Field exercises will be conducted for tactical formations, mass arrests and rescues. Certification in the use of the 36” wooden riot baton is included. There will be a physical performance assessment of all baton techniques before certification. This course consists of moderate physical activity.

• Riot Helmets with face shields
