The purpose of this course is to provide the student with background information, concepts, and techniques to effectively manage a long, successful and fulfilling career. The course is designed to enhance the skills and abilities of public safety dispatchers regarding their interpersonal skills for dealing with different personality types, temperaments and handling conflict in the workplace.
