Use of Force (PSP) EAST COUNTY TRAINING CENTER | 08/14/2023

For Law Enforcement Officers only. The course will provide the student with the minimum topics of Use of Force required in the POST Perishable Skills Training Program (PSP). The intent of the course is to improve the student’s knowledge of use of force laws and policies as well as critical decision-making skills. The course consists of facilitated discussion, case study analysis, and scenarios for in-service personnel.

This course meets the P.O.S.T. Perishable Skill Training requirements.

• All attendees shall arrive in duty uniform or training uniform with patrol ready equipment. No logo T-Shirts, shorrts or civilian attire
• Duty Sam Browne
• Load Bearing Vest (LBV) – If Applicable
• RCB / Baton

• Snacks
• Water

PLEASE NOTE:
NO FIREARMS, MAGAZINES, PEPPER SPRAY, KNIVES, TASERS OR CHEMICAL WEAPONS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM.
